Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst with expertise in risk management, investment banking, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, assessing risks, and providing strategic insights to support high-impact healthcare investments. This role requires strong financial acumen, market research skills, and the ability to develop investment strategies that drive profitability and long-term growth. The Investment Analyst will work closely with senior management, investors, and financial institutions to structure deals, optimize investment performance, and support fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and forecasting for potential investment opportunities.
• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses, to assess investment viability.
• Analyse company financial statements and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Risk Management & Due Diligence

• Perform comprehensive risk assessments on investments, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place.
• Conduct market, industry, and regulatory research to assess the feasibility of new ventures.
• Identify and evaluate financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks.

Investment Banking & Fundraising Support

• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, partnerships, and funding arrangements.
• Develop investment memos, pitch decks, and reports to support fundraising and syndication efforts.
• Work closely with banks, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and institutional investors to secure funding.

Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Track and evaluate the financial performance of existing investments, providing insights for optimization.
• Prepare investment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor economic, market, and financial conditions to provide strategic recommendations.

Technical Skills (Essential)

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques.
• Experience in risk assessment and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• Ability to conduct industry research and due diligence to support investment decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Investment Banking, Risk Management, or related fields.
• CFA, FRM, or ACCA certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, risk management, or financial analysis.
• Experience in healthcare investments is a plus but not mandatory.
